We have decided to revamp the application process, and after careful consideration, we believe the best approach is to change the timeline.
Going forward, we will only accept applications once a year. We understand this is a significant change, but this schedule will help ensure that all applications are submitted on time and that makers can prepare for the right shows well in advance.
The application process originally set to begin in January, covering the second half of the year, will proceed as planned. The new application form (link available above as per timeline) includes all three shows for the end of this year, as well as options for 2026.
Applications for the second half of 2025 will remain open until the end of February 2025, as initially planned. After that, only applications for 2026 will be accepted.
These applications for 2026 will close at the end of May 2025, covering all three of the first shows to ensure everyone is aware of the changes.
Our team thoroughly reviews each application to ensure the perfect balance of the "Maker mix" for each show. This process takes time, so we appreciate your patience!
Please note that we only consider locally made products—direct imports will not be accepted.
Once the application period ends, the review process will begin, and this phase will take approximately three months. However, you can expect to hear from us by July, which is about one month after the application deadline.

I can’t find the application form!

Can I apply via email?
Unfortunately, not. All applications have to be done via the online form.
If your application was correctly submitted, you will receive a pop up on screen and an automated email response. Please save this mail for future reference.
I can’t seem to get the application to submit, what now?
Please note that poor internet connections and site traffic will affect this, please keep trying.

If I am accepted for one show, does that mean I automatically go through to the next season?
No, unfortunately not – you have to submit an application for each of the application cycles

I made a mistake on my application, how can I correct it?
Please email applications@kamersvol.com with the changes, it will then be made on your behalf. Please do not submit another application.
