The next run of applications will open June 2024 for Autumn/Winter 2025.

When are applications open:

MAKER applications are done twice per year.

Applications for the spring/summer shows, of the same year, opens 1 January and closes 28 February.

Applications for autumn/winter shows, of the following year, opens 1 June and closes 31 July.

Our team carefully reviews every application in order to balance the crucial ‘Maker mix’ for each show.
This takes time, so please be patient!

Please remember that we ONLY consider locally made products – NO direct imports.


The Application Process

Applications open as per dates above. All applications has to be done via the online application form on our website. The link to the form will only be available on the dates as above.

You will receive an automatic response via email, when your form has been submitted/received.

Once applications close our team start the first processing by working through the online forms and pictures submitted.

The first emails in regards to your application status are sent out when the process is finished. Please allow one month after closing date for this.

If your application proceeds to the next round a viewing/meeting will be organised. Viewings are done on specifics days and in specific areas when the team will be available. This information will be communicated to you at least three weeks before a viewing.

After all viewings are done, another email with an update to your application status will be sent.

The team then starts the final process. The look at each show individual, the stats from previous years etc to curate a mix specific to each show. Also taking into account which shows you applied for.

Once the curation has been done you will receive another mail with the specific shows you have been selected to take part in. This will reach you no later than three months before a specific show.

How can I be sure that my application was received by KAMERS/Makers?

If your application was correctly submitted, you will receive a pop up on screen and an automated email response. Please save this mail for future reference.

I can’t seem to get the application to submit, what now?
Please note that poor internet connections and site traffic will affect this, please keep trying.

Also check word limitations on certain sections of the application form.

If I am accepted for one show, does that mean I automatically go through to the next season?
No, unfortunately not – you have to submit an application for each of the application cycles
