Barbecue Spice

Barbecue spice is one of the oldest spice blends in existence and features widely in American cuisines. This aromatic blend of spices and brown treacle sugar are delicious on roasted or barbecued dishes. Works well on any meat, fish, chicken and vegetable dishes, especially oven baked chips. It is used either as a dry rub or forms an ingredient in a wet marinade with oil and vinegar.
