WINEMAKING PRACTICES:

The composition of this wine comprises 37% Grenache blanc and 63% Chenin blanc grapes, meticulously hand-harvested and destemmed. The winemaking process involves barrel fermentation, with aging taking place over a span of 10 months in carefully selected older oak barrels before the final bottling stage.
