Chai Spice

Chai Spice is a personal blend that I use for my morning chai tea and it has distinctive cinnamon, cardamom and ginger overtones with no sugar or milk powder.

A fragrant Chai spice blend mostly used for tea but also used in baking such as biscuits, milk tart , sago pudding etc. or sprinkled over desserts.
