Gingerbread Caramels 15pc

We combined our salted butter caramels with the finest spices, to bring you this new gingerbread caramel creation (inspired by Karen’s travels to Brittany, France). We combine rich, wondrous flavours with a perfected texture for a gourmet caramel experience.

Ooh La La sources fleur de sel (hand-harvested sea salt) and combines it with farm-fresh butter, Madagascan vanilla beans (each minuscule bean is hand scraped from the pod), ginger, spices and raw, local, South African honey.

Ingredients:
Cream, sugar, glucose (non-high fructose, corn derived), butter, Madagascan vanilla beans, Madagascan vanilla extract, local orange blossom honey, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, fleur de sel.
