Harissa

Harissa spice is based on a Tunisian hot chili paste made with roasted bell peppers, chillies, garlic and spices. The spice blend is a hot blend made with bird's eye chili and hot chili with strong earthy and nutty flavors created by the garlic, caraway and cumin seeds. Harissa spice can be used in any dish that requires a bit of spiciness and is especially good with stews, couscous dishes, roasted chicken and meats, humus, roasted vegetables and salad dressings.
