Mexican spice is a hot fragrant spice blend with cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic flakes and herbs that adds all the flavor to Mexican dishes. It goes very well with chicken, red meat, beans or vegetable dishes and is especially good with tortilla and taco dishes. Similar to the well-known tortilla spice blend without the preservatives.
