Philadelphia Spice

Philadelphia Spice blend is an old-fashioned meat rub with chili, herbs, bay leaves, nutmeg and mace as main ingredients and one of our hidden gems. It has a strong earthy smell that goes very well with red meat, especially steak and pork. Use it as a seasoning for meat joints or rub it on steaks or chops well ahead of roasting or barbecuing meat to allow the flavors to develop.
