Free Shipping within South Africa, For your peace of mind, we offer detailed tracking on all orders. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a manufacturing defect, we are happy to replace or repair free of charge within a 14 day window from purchase. 

Your GraceBag must be returned in its original packaging with no signs of use. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to us for returning any items. We will cover the delivery back.
